Very comfortable!
I wasn't very optimistic since there were no reviews, but took a chance since it looked comfortable and has a removable, machine-washable cover. I received it yesterday, was happy it had no weird smell, and although instructions state it may not finish fluffing out for two days, I slept on it anyway last night and for the first time in over a year I woke up with no neck pain! I couldn't be happier! I bought it for upcoming surgery plus a recent glaucoma diagnosis (as sleeping with head elevated keeps ocular pressure a little bit lower overnight), and had no idea my neck pain had anything to do with my sleep setup!
