Doulami Titanium Wok Alloy Frying Pan, Hammered Forged Uncoated Cookware, Compatible with All Stovetops

I have mostly standard cookware and an induction stove top. I've tried most of my pans to get a little crust on meat I prepare without burning it. Until now, there wasn't a high rate of success. After screwing in the handle to the pan and the knob on the lid, it is ready to go. This Doulami Titanium pan is OUTSTANDING! The hammered interior makes a huge difference in outcomes. I expected it to be a little larger and deeper based upon the images, but it worked just fine. There are important instructions included about preparing and seasoning the pan before use. Be sure to follow those for best long term use. To give it the real assessment, I got a full size ribeye steak to put it to the test. Using only butter, garlic, fresh ground pepper and kosher salt, the steak was placed in the skillet. This pan heats up really FAST! The five layers do a remarkable job of conducting the heat and browning the steak. The aroma was amazing. I flipped the steak and gave it a few more minutes. This turned out to be one of the best steaks we have ever cooked including those on the grill. I was so surprised to get such a superior result and in a short time. I can't wait to see what it does with other foods. It is safe to assume it will be great for frying up some chicken or shrimp; tossing a stir fry together and a number of other cooking uses. This is a superior piece of craftsmanship and genuinely cooks like a much higher price product. IMPRESSED!

this pan is really amazing, finally i don't have to be afraid to use metal utensils, I'm frying and sauteing like a chef, I can't wait to try stir frying next, it also has a lid

This is a high quality alloy pan with lid. It really is beautiful and looks like it will last a long time.

I had to put the lid knobs on the lid. It was 1 bolt short but the wok is fantastic. I'm looking forward to using it but as of this moment I'm completely out of food and I'm broke. No hyperbole there. I'm in a terrible situation momentarily but I'm looking forward...

first off, I took of a star because all images don't match and , I suspect, are c.g. - a.i. , with errors; rivited on handle, or the sink water thru the glass lid. also doubt a true hammered finish. Pros Easy assembly, attach handle with provided nuts and stamped "wrench" , and screw for lid. no instructions but pretty self explanatory. surface acts just like my stainless steel pans with "staining," water spots, and burn on(oil). happy with the look and feel, so only time will tell with durability. pics are after cooking some cubed chicken breast.
