What I like the most is that it doesn't ever clash with any perfume you wear and sometimes you don't want to be wearing any fragrance especially when you might be meeting your newest grandchild.

My wife has been using this brand for 20 years. She likes it for its low scent and no added crap and for its sensitive to skin way. It seems to be doing its purpose and described intended purposes. She has soft skin.

I was wondering what was causing me to itch since I had not used anything new. I checked the website and noticed the mulitple complaints about the new version. I just bought a new package of soap so I am wondering if I can be refunded. I chose this soap due to having sensitive skin and the sensitive skin version of the soap should not be causing severe itching.

The new formula is no longer suitable for my sensitive skin. It was the only soap I could use before the changes. Please change back to previous formula, now im lost at trying to find a some truly for sensitive skin. I didnt even know the formula changed until all my back stocked soap was out and I purchased in bulk the new one and immediately skin did not react well. After a 2 weeks I isolated it down to the soap, saw the packaging was slightly different and to my surprise the ingredients changed. Desperately looking for the old Dove sensitive skin.

I have used this bar soap literally my entire life, and after finally getting through a huge pack recently I bought a new pack. The smell was really awful in it, like actually repulsive to me and I thought I was losing it so I bought another pack. New pack has the same result, even comparing what little of one bar I had left and the new ones. I am SO disappointed, I loved this soap because my skin's so sensitive, but now I have to find something else.

I have been using Dove Sensitive Skin Beauty bars for 20+ years and since 2025 I noticed that when I used the product, I have been having drier skin and eczema flareups. Very surprising since it never had happened before. In doing research it appears that the formula has been changed. There are a lot of comments online about how it is now causing many longtime user's problems now. I realized you all changed your formula to be more environmentally friendly, but you need to go back in and find out which of the changes has made your sensitive skin formula be bad for your skin? I had to switch to Cetaphil, which I don't really like since it dries me out too. It doesn't cause me to have eczema which is most important so please look into this issue.

I am so disappointed you changed the formula because the old formula worked great. The new formula irritates my skin and resulted in some rashes. I am switching away from Unilever.

Wet inside of packaging. The plastic outside of the package was dry but upon opening, all of the cardboard boxes were warped and the soap itself appeared to have condensation on it. Never encounted product in this way, could not return. It's like you need to wash your soap before you want to wash yourself with it.
