Dove is a great soap for taking baths in. It makes your skin soft, and it doesn't dry your skin out. I like how it makes my skin feel after using it. Creates great lather, and it doesn't dissolve fast. I always use Dove.

I have only been able to use original Dove my entire life. Anything with any type of scent has always had the "girl" on fire. I absolutely love the smell of this soap, it legit radiates through the bathroom. I don't use it for the exfoliation bcuz I'm all about that washcloth Life that's my exfoliation. It does have scrubbing beads if you are into raw dogging the bar of soap. But it's not drying and makes my body feel and smell amazing. It's soap so yes it gets rid of dirt. SN: I can't use any of the other Dove scents not even sensitive bcuz they all cause that "fire". So I was excited when I didn't have to pass this off to one of the men in the house.

I've been using this soap for years. If you like soaps that smell clean %26 fresh, you will love this! I don't really notice the exfoliating part so it must be mild. And of course it's a great soap as it's made by Dove. I will continue to use it as long as it's made!

I love the simplicity of the ingredients in this bar. The gentle exfoliation and light scent are great. You can't beat the price on these bars, too!

I've been using Dove since I was 20 (I'm 63 now). I love how my skin feels soft and doesn't leave a "coating" on me. I've found very few soaps that don't leave my skin feeling "coated" after I shower. I'm not sure how much the exfoliation "beads" actually do anything, but it doesn't cost any extra to get the exfoliating bars vs. the non-exfoliating ones.

omg best soap hands down for my face and back, definitely helped prevent breakouts and acne, I have oily skin, this soap has helped keep my skin from being so oily and not only that but very soft to the touch. This will be my permanent staple for skin care.

Love this product. As I have gotten older my once oily skin has become dry and I am terrible at keeping lotion on. My skin was very dry and itched a lot. My skin is now glowing and hydrated. This is the only soap I use now and it works great for the face too!

Love this product. Started using this soap when my son was about 7 because he was experiencing some excema. It healed his excema and we used it ever since for 16 years now. I love how it moisturizes my aging skin and has only a very light scent because I have problems with scented things but I can use this on my sensitive skin. Smells clean so great for men or women. Cant say enough good things about Dove Gentle exfoliating soap!

not sure if I used a different product in the past, but I remember this bar of soap being a lot more exfoliating. the exfoliating particles just seem a lot more smaller, so not sure if this is a new product compared to their old exfoliating bar, especially since it's geared towards women, which I also don't remember it being in the past.

This used to be my favorite, so I don't know how they changed the method of putting it together but now the salt cuts me. I don't know what the affiliation is in the soap, but it cuts my skin. I used to didn't do that and I've been using this soap for over 20 years in the last I'mma say five years something has changed with this soap and I may be giving it an extra year. I must wear, but it cuts my skin now and I don't understand what it comes from.
