I've been using Dove body washes for years, and this Gentle Exfoliating Body Wash with Sea Minerals is one of my favorites. It exfoliates softly without irritating my skin and leaves my body feeling incredibly smooth and refreshed after every shower. The formula feels creamy and hydrating, while the sea minerals give it a clean, spa-like feel. I also love that it rinses off easily without leaving residue behind. The bottle is easy to store and dispense, and a little product goes a long way.
One thing i really notice is how soft and smooth my skin feel throughout the day, the formula feel so hydrating, it's the best choosing I made in to much time, love it, it's my favorite one shower. I also noticed that it give you instant hydration, it's a classic body care
Dove Gentle Exfoliating Sea Minerals, removes dead skin cells and moisturizes, leaving skin feeling soft and refreshed. It contains 1/4 moisturizing cream, is sulfate-free, and safe for daily use, making it ideal for dry skin
I love this body wash. it smooths skin gently-- there are larger blue, round, exfoliating beads as well as fine, white, grittier beads for polishing. Lathers wonderfully as the other washes do. It leavs my skin clean, soft, moisturized, and radiant. I use it all year round, couldn't live with out it. ;)
Why would you change something that was already great!? I have used this body wash for years, and absolutely loved it. This new formula however, smells like I poured a bottle of incredibly strong perfume out in the shower. Also, I feel like there a film on my skin, yet extremely dry....painfully dry.
I have bee using this Dove body wash since it was first introduced probably 20 years ago. Recently they have changed the scent to a new horrible smell. This is incredibly frustrating and disappointing as a long-time loyal consumer of this product. Way to "New Coke" one of your beloved products Dove.
Change the formula if you must but you should have left the scent alone. This stuff smells like I should be mopping the floor with it. It's disgusting. I've had to resort to hoarding the United Kingdom version from local discount stores. Once that's gone I'll switch to Olay brand.
I've used Dove since I was a teenager. I'm now 45. It has always been my favorite soap and a consistent part of my beauty regimen. The Exfoliating Body wash was the highlight of my morning shower, it felt good, smelled wonderful, lathered up perfectly, needless to say I loved it from start to finish. To my surprise Dove decided to change the scent and formula. WHY??? There wasn't a need, a request, a desire to change the Exfoliating Body Wash!! Now it smells horrible. It literally smells like someone was sick and vomited. It doesn't even feel the same on my skin!! I have never been this disappointed in a "New" product. I feel like my entire bathing experience has been ruined and now I'm struggling to find something to replace what was the perfect body wash. Why Dove?? After 30 plus years I have to switch brands. I'm so disappointed and frustrated. This was the perfect body wash.
Why fix what isn't broken? The old formula was amazing and my go to but now I have to find a new exfoliating body wash. They removed the microbeads and are now using “sea minerals” in its place which are basically invisible. Additionally, the picture on the bottle is false because that is the old formula. It looks like all the other products Dove offers and smells like mango now? so there's that. I discourage those that are familiar with the old formula from buying this cause they have changed everything we loved about the old formula.
This was my favorite body wash. I've been using it for years. I noticed the packing was different. I smelled it and it now smells terrible. I have a strong sense of smell but that alone is enough to ruin this product. I also notice that it no longer says sulfate free. Company's think Theyre so sneaky making “new” but inferior versions of things. I won't be buying this anymore unless it goes back to how it was which was great.
