I’ve used high-end and great smelling conditioners on my very long hair my entire life. And I’ve always gotten compliments on my hair. But this is the first time I’ve used something that made a significant difference after the FIRST USE. I washed my hair with it 2 days ago and I still feel like I just left the shower. I left it in about 2-3 minutes (long enough to exfoliate my face.) It still smells wonderful and my hair looks incredible. I will post a photo to prove it, because I truly cannot believe how well this stuff works. Please never stop making it.

Seriously it's a better conditioner than some that cost 25$ a bottle. My hair's down my back, very course, thick and wavy/coily. Humidity and tangles are the worst but this particular conditioner is the best at knocking out tangles and keeping my hair from poofing up like a giant dandelion. My fingers actually go through my wet hair in the shower. Matrix can't even do that.

OMG. This is the best conditioner ever for my hair type. I have thick curly hair and when I put this conditioner in my head, it immediately changes the texture of my hair. I can comb through it and it really looks like it’s conditioning thoroughly. My son uses it for his dry thick hair. The scent is very perfumy and it gives me nasal irritation. Just walking past him after he's used it causes that. Its SO strong! Even half of the scent would be TOO much. I wouldn't sit in a car with him after using it. It works well on his hair but unfortunately won't be buying it again.

I use to love this conditioner but since they changed the bottle it hasn’t been the same. I think they also changed the formula. It leaves mine and my family’s hair very dry and damaged looking. My daughter who has virgin hair (no heat, no dyes) looks like her hair has been burnt after using this. I would not recommend this product to anyone!
