Dove soap is great. It is the only bar soap I buy. It doesn't leave a weird film on your skin. This specific scent is nice and very light. It does have a cooling effect so it's great for summer time use, especially here in Florida.

Even though Dove's Cool Moisture Beauty Bar with Cucumber and Green Tea Scent is called a "beauty bar", everyone in my family including my husband and son use this great scented soap daily when we shower. We love the scent of Cucumbers and Green Tea, plus it leaves our skin moisturized year round. This creamy, moisturizing soap is the best we have ever used. It leaves our skin feeling clean and doesn't dry it out. Please never discontinue using our favorite bath soap!!!

I absolutely love this product. True to advertizing, Dove bars do not dry your skin. Rather, they actually do moisturize your skin. I have dry skin, and in the winter it gets worse. These Dove bars help me counteract the drying. After my shower, I no longer feel the need to race to my body lotion. After using Dove bars, I use much less lotion and the dryness is still kept at bay. I love the cucumber scent too; it smells so light and pleasant.

I was having a lot of problems with itchy skin after my shower after using what I thought was a good product, well I was wrong. Dove is my soap going forward I haven't had any itchy skin and I love the smell, very clean!!

I love the smaller travel-size bars, but they're only available in the original white beauty bar. Would you consider making a variety sample pack of different small bars, so we customers can discover them all and those we like most? It would feel like such a treat! It doesn't have to be an offering that's available year round--maybe make it available in Spring and Fall. I know I would love such a gift in an Easter basket or Christmas stocking, in lieu of sugar candies. They are so cozy. (Men's products might benefit, too.) Thanks for listening.

I have been using a hand-made soap that I bought directly from the woman who makes it, it was too soft( didn't last long), and all the varieties kind of smelled the same. It was all natural and an excellent product, but too expensive. The three things I like most about this Dove bar are 1) lasts a long time, 2) smells great and works great, 3) ergonomic shape fits your hand perfectly with soft, beveled edges. It's also inexpensive. I highly recommend it.

I have been using this particular scent of Dove bar for many years and have always thought the scent is heavenly and very refreshing. I bought a package of two bars yesterday and used one in the shower last night and it smells absolutely foul. I had to rewash with another body wash and still smelled gross after. It is a horrible chemical smell. I threw it away and opened the other bar and same thing. I found an older bar in my closet and opened that and it still has the old scent. Dove, what have you done to the cool moisture bar?! I'm so sad that I won't be using it anymore after this last bar I have with the old scent. Please undo whatever you did to change the soap!

I used to love this soap and was excited to buy again. It's disgusting. Smells like chemical fragrance. Overpowering. Had to wrap it in a plastic bag before throwing it away it was so bad. So disappointed. Will be returning.

After my most recent purchase of Dove Cool Moisture bar soap, I came to the internet to see what the heck happened. It smells terrible! I stock up on bar soap, so I have some left from my previous purchase and the two are nothing alike, and it's not just that one is fresher than the other. The new stuff smells TOXIC. I also believe the soap is causing a rash. What a bummer since I've been using this product for more than ten years.

I have been buying 6-packs of Cool Moisture Dove bars for years because the product has always performed as advertised and has a pleasant scent. I just bought a new 6-pack this week and as soon as I opened the package and got the soap wet, it reeked of kerosene. Obviously there has been a change in ingredients or manufacturing process. I hate having to dispose of the rest of the bars, but I can not use something on my skin that smells like toxic petrochemicals.
