It is not too overpowering of a smell like some of the other kids shampoos i have used in the past that smell way too sweet. The nourishing conditioner worked great in my daughter curly hair. It helped to smooth and moisturize her curly hair and made it more manageable afterwards when brushing. I think it helped to eliminate frizz some of the frizz, more so than other conditioners have. It was easy enough for me to use with the convenient pump style dispenser. The pump dispenser also made it extremely easy for my daughter to use without dispensing too much conditioner. I have been using this for about a year or more now on my daughters curly hair and it's the only conditioner that will semi detangle her hair as long as a brush it with a comb while taking her a bath. Every other brand I have tried has not worked this is the only one that has worked for her hair thick curly hair.
