What I like: The scent is clean and fresh without being overpowering. It's nice after a long day. Lathers nicely: even with a small amount you get good foam, which makes it feel like you're getting your money's worth. Skin feel: After using, my skin feels softer and not super tight or dry, which is great since I have combination skin (oily in some spots, dry in others). It's all‑in‑one—face %26 body—which is convenient. Saves time and one less bottle in the shower. What could be better: Texture seems more watery than before. Some days I feel like I'm using more product than necessary just to get enough lather. The fragrance doesn't last very long. A few hours after shower I can barely detect it. If I'm out in humid or hot weather, it doesn't hold up. If you have sensitive or very dry skin, it might not be enough moisture on those days I still need a good lotion or something extra after using it. Packaging: the cap can sometimes drip or not snap shut tight, which has made things a little messy occasionally. Overall: For a daily wash, Clean Comfort does a solid job. It gives you clean feeling without drying out too much, and smells pleasant. If you expect long lasting fragrance or heavy moisturizing, you might want to pair it with something else or try something richer. But for everyday value and basic cleaning, this works well.

We have used this Dove Men Care Clean Comfort for years because it's gentle, smells fresh, and leaves our skin feeling clean without that dry, tight feeling. But lately… something's off. The formula feels thinner, almost like it's been watered down. It still lathers, but not as rich or creamy as it used to, and I find myself using more just to get the same coverage. Also just pours out the bottle when it used to be thicker The kicker? The price hasn't budged. Same shelf cost, but clearly less “oomph” in the bottle. Feels a little sneaky if you ask me—especially when the older formula was one of the main reasons I kept buying it. It's still decent, but unless Dove brings back the richer texture, I might start looking at other options.

My package was delivered damaged and the soaps were busted, I took pictures and still didn't get a refund all because I discarded the damaged items. Exactly why I'm starting to shop with Target !

I have used this for many many years but the over the past few months I have had some bottles with a formula that smells awful. Given I have purchased these from different stores and the comments of a new formula it appears that Dove have intentionally made it this way. I have no idea why as the smell is awful and like a foul chemical smell. I have been using this for as long as I can remember but will not be able to buy it any more.

They've changed the formula for the worse. At first I thought it was just a fluke, but after purchasing several bottles from multiple retailers, this appears to be an intentional change. The new formula is watery, doesn't suds as well, and smells awful compared the product I've used faithfully for many years.
