Dove shaving cream works so well for me. Excellent! It is really slick, which resulted in effortless close shaves with no nicks, cuts or irritation. I use a safety razor, but this product should work equally well for guys using a cartridge razor. The cream works equally well applied by hand or with a shaving brush. The scent is very pleasant, and neither too strong nor too faint. Dove, you just picked up another customer!

I've paid top dollar for a certain cream that smells just like this. I'm a traditional wetshaver. One that uses a shaving brush and safety razor. This cream is very slick providing great protection.. and lathers up very quickly.

This Dove shave cream easily produces a rich lather that's as good as, if not better, than the shave soaps and creams I've used thus far. I was pleasantly surprised, after my first DE shave pass, to discover the product left my face moisturized instead of dry. Excellent face protection; the blade effortlessly glides across the surface of my face. This cream, after 2 days' use, has contributed to providing me with one of my closest shaves yet.

I used a sample they were handing out at my gym I go to and gave it a try. I was really amazed with the results. I have major problems with shaving due to very sensitive skin. My face gets very irritated when shaving. After using the Dove Pro-Moisture Shave Cream my face had a great shave and no irritation afterwards. It had a good scent and it was a very smooth shave with no heavy foam like most shaving products. I am defiantly going out and buying a regular size for my shaving needs from now on.

Dove shave cream is more soapy than creamy, in my opinion. A creamy consistency would improve the shaving experience, again, in my opinion.
