This info is really for Walmart only: the bottles were received leaking and damaged. The shrink wrap is the only thing that protected the cardboard from being destroyed. 2 of the pumps are broken and not usable. The other container did leak because the pump was not shipped in stored position and the top was loose. Very disappointing for such a quality product. I reached out when I opened the box, was told credit would be issued without a return only to receive a notice the next day that I had to return to Walmart. I am using the lotion with plans to use the one good pump on the other 2 bottles. If full credit cannot be issued without a return, I would like to request a partial credit for the poor packaging and “lost” lotion due to improperly packaged lids.
