It really does moisturize!
I was in doubt that ANY sanitizing product would be moisturizing at all, but within a days use I can tell a difference! Not only does it moisturize, it also smells wonderful. My coworker snagged my extra bottle. It's a win win! I will be using this from now on.

This is by far my favorite hand sanitizer. It smells wonderful and it doesn't dry out your skin at all.

NOT HYPOALLERGENIC! HEAVILY PERFUMED!
FAR FROM hypoallergenic, heavily perfumed. leaves hands both sticky and greasy while explodeing contact ecsema into a week-long fight.
