Downton Abbey: Seasons 1-3 [DVD]

Great condition..bought the insurance for a few dollars if anything happens to the dvd's they are replaced with new ones..All ready I have watched year 1-3 with my girl friends twice!! They came in two days! This was my first time ordering on line...Very Happy!! Jean

I am a fan of Downton Abbey. I joined the ranks of viewers in Season 2. Having missed the entire first season and portions of Season 3, this DVD gives me the advantage of thoroughly enjoying the upcoming seasons because I have the FULL history of the series. I've seen Seasons 1 - 3 sold seperately and this combination is sold at an awesome price. I would recommend this buy to any and all diehard fans of Downton Abbey. Even if you've followed the series from the beginning, it's nice to be able to go back and refresh your memory.

Nice series with a good plot. It has excellent dialog and keeps to the time period with the way they interact with their servants, clothing and housing. It would be suitable for all age groups. Adult situations are treated with discretion, nothing is offensive.

Didn't know this show existed until it won awards season one. Didn't watch until 2 hr. show season 4. Needed to catch up! Walmart had the best price by far on this 3 season set with extras. The DVDS were easy to watch and operated correctly. I knew I'd like the show but didn't want to start late so I really waited. The show is great...starts with the sinking of the Titanic and is currently post WWI in England. It has lots of detail, drama and personality.

It was just soooo good! I have watched the series twice while making Christmas gifts!

It 's nice to finally see the first thru third seasons of Downton Abby. a great show for the family to watch together.

Better than anticipated after talking to several friends that all highly recommended this series. I am very glad I made this purchase and recommend it to anyone thinking about purchasing this wonderful PBS series.

So glad I bought this series. I had missed so many episodes that I decided to buy this set. Was well worth the money and I can watch them over and over - which I am doing.

I almost feel like a thief! Each season in this series runs about $40! I got all three for the bargain price of $55! Great as a gift or to add to your library! You will watch this series over and over again.
