Downy Eco-Box Free & Gentle Ultra Concentrated, 180 Load Fabric Softener, 105 fl oz

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Downy Ecobox makes dispensing fabric softener easy! I don't like picking up a heavy container and potentially spilling some. The Ecobox allows me to get an economy size without having to lift it each time I use it. The dispenser works great. I also like being able to store the cup on top of the box. I really like that there is less packaging. As I have allergies use the Free & Gentle and have no issues with it. This packaging is a great improvement to an already great product.

This eco friendly box is up to 180 loads . My family has lots of allergies , so I was excited to try this new liquid fabric softener by downy . It stores nice on my laundry room shelf . It also has cap and easy to pour spout .

The design of the box is very innovative and unique and makes pouring detergent into my washing machine so user friendly. I also love that the detergent is free of dyes and perfumes because I have two young children and I don’t want their clothes exposed to any chemicals. Another great feature is that it’s very environmentally friendly because it’s 75% less plastic. I highly recommend Downy Ecobox Free & Gentle!

The box is very easy to open and set up, with the dispenser being very easy to use. The included cup fits nicely on top of the box for a nice compact package. This is a great overall option.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love this! The eco box fits into the smallest spaces. It’s amazing to get the same fabric softener without all that plastic! It was really easy to get it set up, just pull the front of the box off and pull the little dispenser out. The cup is on top of the box. Turn the knob and the liquid will come right out. It comes out pretty fast so you have to pay attention. Love that it’s fragrance free, I like clean smelling clothes without the strong smell. Very happy with this

A product I already know and love now I’m a less waste, more recycle and earth friendly container. While it’s design will take a little getting used to and I can’t speak to how it performs when the product is low, starting out the design seems great. Inside a cardboard box is a thick bag of Downy with a nozzle that pulls into an opening of the box. The dispensing cup is included and it works much like other dispensing detergents, with a slight design tweak requiring a knob turn instead of button push. I think the idea is great, have hoped it performs well through the last drop and catches on across the washing detergent market

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Downy Exobox free and gentle and is a good fabric softener that works in keeping the clothes soft and fresh. It only has a faint scent that is not noticeable unless you bring the product close to your nose. The box and bag are huge and does not feel and durable as a normal plastic bottle. The top cup come off quickly and is easy to fill up with a twist of the knob. I don’t understand the cup top slit On top when all you have to do is put the cup in back of the dispenser. My clothes feel softer and a little more bouncy. I must admit I do miss a fresh scent. This is a good product if you like less chemicals and scents in your fabric softener. You’d have to make sure the box does not get wt or bent as it made out of card board.

Downy is good; the box is bad! I won't buy it again. It didn't come apart at the perforations, broke my fingernails, and tore up my hands. Look, I know we are into saving the earth but there has to be another way. I don't need Downy that much.

This container is the worst. It's unwieldy because it's heavy and awkward, and the entire spout mechanism twists to the side all the time. I can't keep it on the shelf above my washer because it's too hard to use up there; the cup sits on top of the box where I can't reach it, and since I have to twist the spout to use it, I need a stepladder just to get a good enough grip on it. As an elderly person, this is a terrible design for me. Also, the white plastic at the base of the spout is embossed with words that I can't see because they're white on white.
