I love this to soften my laundry. I have a baby and don’t like harsh chemicals so this is perfect. I also have a skin condition that is easily bothered and this does not affect it at all. I love this fabric softener and always go back to it. I will continue to use it in the future as well.

Downy is the GOAT
I ONLY use this fabric softener for me and my children's clothes. I have extremely sensitive skin and this fabric softener passes the softness test and feels clean. I don't ever feel like my clothes have a gross layer of film on them like some fabric softeners. This fits the bill for everything I need! It also leaves my clothes looking fresh and not full of static! The packaging also is nice as it comes in different sizes for different needs. It looks clean and professional!

Recommended for sensitive skin
I cant use scented fabric softeners due to eczema and skin allergies. This is great and doesnt cause me any skin problems. In the summer I like to hang my clothes outside to dry and this fabric softener does its job of leaving my clothes nice and soft.

Better than heavy perfume smell of most
I can’t stand the heavy perfume smell of scented laundry products, especially fabric softener, so this is perfect for what I need. I also use it on my pet’s bedding because they have sensitive skin that gets irritated and inflamed with the usual detergent and fabric softener.

Good product
There is no scent but clothes still have a fresh washed feel . At first use I was surprised at how soft the clothes were. I’m not use to using non scented items but appear to be allergic to some detergents and softeners.. this was excellent and did the job! No itch or rash!

Great for sensitive skin
I bought Downy free and gentle fabric softener to use on my grandson’s clothes because he has sensitive skin but I use it for everyone’s laundry. I like that it’s unscented and free of dyes

GREAT PRODUCT!
I have been using this for as long as it has been available! I have VERY Sensitive skin and this Downy Free does not cause any problems. As far as I am concerned this is the ONLY softener in town. Downy Free Keep up this great work.

Ditch the fab sheets
Use to use fabric softener sheets all the time; before baby came along...I have to say...I LOVE the feeling of my clothes and towels using Downy!! Forever changed.

LOVE THE SOFTNESS ON CLOTHS THAT GET HANG DRIED
I JUST STARTED USING FABRIC SOFTENER AND IT WORKS. I HANG DRY ALOT OF MY STUFF AND NOW THEY FEEL SOFT AND NOT HARD FEELING AFTER HANG DRYING . I USE IT FOR ALL MY STUFF NOW. LOVE THE SOFTNESS

Not what I original order . This was a substitute for the downy I originally ordered. It's not bad but I buy downy for the scents this has no fragrance.
