Downy Free & Gentle, 150 Loads Liquid Fabric Softener, 129 fl oz

I love this to soften my laundry. I have a baby and don’t like harsh chemicals so this is perfect. I also have a skin condition that is easily bothered and this does not affect it at all. I love this fabric softener and always go back to it. I will continue to use it in the future as well.

I ONLY use this fabric softener for me and my children's clothes. I have extremely sensitive skin and this fabric softener passes the softness test and feels clean. I don't ever feel like my clothes have a gross layer of film on them like some fabric softeners. This fits the bill for everything I need! It also leaves my clothes looking fresh and not full of static! The packaging also is nice as it comes in different sizes for different needs. It looks clean and professional!

The problem with this is that it a text was sent saying it was delivered on March 10th. It was not. After contacting Walmart about it, I was told it was delivered to the wrong address. I asked to just have another one sent, but was told I didn't have that opinion. It must be a refund. I agreed. Then later Thursday night a container of this was delivered to my home. So now I am getting a refund that I shouldn't be getting, so I am hoping you can just take the refund back.

I never used softeners but I noticed my flannel items, for example, were getting a little hard to the touch so I tried this and wonder if wonders. it works. Now I have progressed to my cotton underwear. I love its free and clear of fragrance, some of the laundry soaps and softeners just stink, to my nose anyway, but then I’m fussy about my fragrance.

I bought Downy free and gentle fabric softener to use on my grandson’s clothes because he has sensitive skin but I use it for everyone’s laundry. I like that it’s unscented and free of dyes

I have eczema and I am allergic to frangrances, so my dermatologist suggested getting washing detergent and softner that had no perfume in it. I have been using Downy ever since and I have to say that I like so much better than what I was using that had a scent to it. The clothes do not feel weighed down and the towels and wash cloths are much fluffier than before. I highly recommend this softner.

This is great, no fragrance. I do not care for fragrance in every item in the grocery store! I am very sensitive and going down the laundry isle will make me sneeze and stuff up my sinuses. I do not visit candle or perfume shops. What is wrong with clean fresh air? Everything has to have a fragrance. YUCK!!!!!

I'm pregnant and everything smells like 20 times stronger to me. Honestly, the fabric softener I used before made my nose burn and all runny. I also got frequent headaches from the strong perfume smells left behind on my clothes. It was awful. So when I came across this I was sooo relieved. No more headaches from strong perfume smells AND my clothes exit the dryer soft af! Yays! My husband swears he smells absolutely nothing but my pregnancy nose catches this subtle sweet smell. It's really faint and not at all overpowering. Which is great :D

If you have allergies, this is a great product for you! The lack of a scent or chemicals and wonderfully soft clothes, make this a good choice. The price is nice as well.

Disappointed and upset because I received my Downy softener and liquid detergent today and the softener was dripping out of the box. More than half of the liquid was all over the box. Very bad packaging, NO packaging at all I would say. I’m new buying Walmart online, I have bought several items with no problem. It was the first time and the last time I buy this product online. I was expecting a better service. I uploaded some pictures. One of them shows a black mark showing how full the bottle came. And some pictures showing the conditions of the box.
