My favorite scent I've ever found! Smells so good! Only complaint is how hard it is to find, it's not ever in any store so it's an online only buy, and I can never find the dryer sheets anywhere.

I received a small mailer box from USPS. The only thing inside was a USPS letter that my package had been damaged in shipment. The label on the small box was the original label of the downy I ordered that smelled like it had been soaked in it. The label was as cut out on the original cardboard with sharpie writing on the back “Downy X2”. No the product's fault, not the seller's fault, and not Walmart's fault but I paid $25 for an empty box with a scented label.
