Not only is the smell to this the best outta of em all ..and trust me i have tried em all but the quantity AND the price of this to boot is GREAT I wash 4 loads a week..every week w softener in each one and this lasts me 4 1/2 mos depending on if 4 or 5 weeks in the mo. So seriously...15 bucks for 5 mos of THE BEST FABRIC SOFTENER...its a no brainer 🖤🖤

Downey used to be stronger. It's not strong as it used to be. The smell doesn't last like it used to. Somethings changed in the product. I can tell wavy veal is stronger smelling than this. You could smell it while it's washing it afterwards on your body or after you fold it you don't smell it anymoreand I don't see where the fabric is getting any softer.

Another grocery order poorly loaded. I didn't complain the last 2 times but this time was ridiculous. So many smashed or open groceries. Employees either don't care or aren't trained correctly.

the seller never paid for the postage so I never received this item. I got a refund. don't buy from sellers who won't pay to ship the item. I waited 2 weeks for nothing.

Walmart used fedex to ship this package to me. fedex (yes, U REFUSE to capitalize their name) sends my packages out on the delivery truck and the driver returns them to the local depot for 3 - 8 times, then returns to the shippers. Had I known that Walmart.com was going to use fedex, I would have ordered my product elsewhere. NO fedex, not ever!
