Solved my problem,
I use something Elise in my fabric softener dispenser; but occasionally want to add softener , this little ball allows me to do that. Works great for my needs.

the first one i ordered came in broken, so i wasn't able to use it. Then i reordered it, 2 t his time. both are perfect. I would order more than one. love this item. will order again definitely.

find something else to buy
okay so you fill it up You put it in and when your clothes are done it still has some in it and it's sitting on your clothes and it leaves it on your clothes so if you can deal with a little bit being left on your clothes it's an okay product but for the most part I gave it a three I should have given it a two

NOT WALMART'S fault. Walmart did me GOOD!!
I ordered a Downy ball~ fabric softener dispenser, works in the washing machine rinse cycle. Very disappointed,,, I never received the order. Not sure who received it. As I live alone. It wasn't Walmart that shipped it out. It is another company. They won't replace it as they state it was delivered to the correct address....If I want another one I must pay, WalMart was wonderful in returning my money. So... now I will try this again. 2nd order to be placed ASAP... Keep you posted if I receive this one on this next delivery...

JUNK - Broke Immediately Upon Use
Don't waste the $3. This isn't like the original Downy ball, this is some cheap plastic version. The pull cord part of the mechanism pulled all the way through immediately upon first use and would not stay attached. Tossed it directly into the trash. I've had a billion of these over the years and this one the seal was more of an inflexible plastic than rubber.
