Downy Ultra Fabric Softener, April Fresh, 170 Oz, 197 Loads

I've been using this product for years. Very happy with the results. Although, Sam's cannot get my address label correct. They've had to ship this item and others 3 times. The final shipment on the way had to coordinate with the local Fedex station. Sam's has issues with the computer.

We use Downy all the time and it's great. Clothes feel softer, making everything more enjoyable to wear. It has a pleasant scent that stays for a while, but I don't know that it's particularly obvious for very long. No real downside, though, and I couldn't beat this price anywhere - maybe with coupons or something, but for an average shopper, it's great to get it delivered to you! I like to stock up on products I use often. The 170 once size of Ultra Downy April Fresh 197 load size is perfect because I rarely run out of fabric softener.

I never knew how great my clothes smelled until a friend of mine mentioned it. She asked what I used for doing my laundry. I’ll never change. Your clothes will come out soft without static cling.

I use this product with the rest of the line, smell good in bottom of washer, April Fresh Downy for rinse, April fresh dryer sheets and no more ironing!!!!!!!!!!! I love it!!!

I made this purchase because you had free shipping. I wish you would have it more often because I am handicapped and it sure would make my shopping easier.

I buy in bulk and this Ultra Downy is one of those items. My wife has tried other brands but nothing seems to do as good a job as the Downy. I normally write long winded essays that I call reviews based on testing. I am not a chemical engineer so I have to go with the mere fact that it works on our clothes and towels The family nuclear engineer and the family chemical engineer all live in other states and are retired. I would say it adds up but the family mathematician is also retired. I am the family computer engineer and that won't do us much good so the family expert, my wife, says it is great. At Sam's Club price it just does not make sense to waste money on some less effective generic brand.

The only problem I have is with the packaging-I have called customer service twice-they make it right for me each time-I would like to see the shipping dept. to pack it correctly! you can not lay a container w/liquid on its side , and not expect it to leak!!!!

This product contains and annoying amount of strong scents. I find that it leaves that smell on my skin after wearing t-shirts washed in it. I don't want to smell like fabric softener. I find the smell so annoying that I really didn't pay attention to other attributes. May or may not work as advertised.
