I wish that Downy still made this “light fresh scent” version. The ones that they make now are horrible. The “fresh linen” smells like heavy cologne and doesn't dissipate at all and I would never buy any “unstoppable” stink. So sad. I've been using this product since it first came out and it works great. I'm sad that I will no longer be able to buy this product, because I can't stand any of the other scents, they are extremely stinky.
Product has a very nice smell works great for wrinkles I always pack this when we're on vacation
it shows 2 nozzles but it only comes with one. hopefully we didn't forget when we throw in the recycle bin
I ordered this item and they sent me an entirely different scented one and it is horrible very unhappy that they sent me the wrong product and it had to be shipped and was 17.00 for two. if they don't have it they should have said so and not just shipped whatever they chose too and not told me they were substituting it!!
I was sent the wrong product. I wanted the fresh LIGHT scent and was sent the unstoppable scent. The unstoppable scent is too strong and offensive. I returned it to walmart and was refunded the purchase amount but lost the $6.99 shipping fee. Please Downey bring back the LIGHT FRESH SCENT and get rid of the horrendous new unstoppable scent.
If I could give a 0 star I would. Ordered this as the original scent was the best. Ordered 6 bottles as the Walmart said it was the orginal. They shipped me something completely different. It was unstoppables. Very frustrated.
They sent me the wrong thing so I had to go to the store. Return it and buy what I needed. Should've never placed an order to begin with.
The picture clearly shows two spray bottles with a sprayer on top of each bottle. I received two spray bottles with only one spray nozzle. Is there an error in the picture or is there an error in packaging? There is no description that says you will receive only one spray nozzle.
It appears Walmart DOES NOT CHECK Online order fulfillment issues. This will drive away more potential customers. This order was misleading from the start. The scent WAS NOT the one listed online, even though the third party had the right picture and description. The scent that the third party sent me was the one that causes sneezing fits in my family. Due to my experience, Walmart is now the last place I look to buy
