This is an excellent knife set!!! I'm most thrilled that it's all one solid piece, so no possibility of trapped water or moisture between the handle and blade. They're “light weight”, insanely sharp and they cut through things like butter. Would definitely buy this one again!

High quality, sharp, nice looking non-serrated steak knives. I bought them as replacements for serrated steak knives. The handles are a little wider than most steak knives so only 6 of them fit in the block designed for 8.

Nice quality, could use in a restaurant easily. Sharp and good quality for the money. Recommend for sure.

Love how sharp and the precision of the cut . they are light weight and easy to handle. Best steak knives I've owned in 50 years!! Always owned serrated knives before. They don't seem to last and often tear the meat as the age . Great value

Originally looking at Chicago Cutlery and came across this Sale Item. Reading the description they sounded just as good as CC. so def purchased. Arrived in a great hard foam storage box with covered tips, very sharp knives. Compared with my CC only difference is age condition as the look is almost identical. “Read Cleaning Instructions to the Spouse “ so there's no confusion Hand wash to maintain integrity of the knives. When looking for knives everything was serrated, I have 2 that's enuf. I use these knives daily for cutting tomatoes, onions even steak. Exactly what I was looking for, very happy found the perfect knife set

This was a good buy. The knives have a good weight and sharpness to them. They come with care instructions so be sure to review before using them.

The look is stylish, and cut great.

Blades are plenty sharp. They've been run through the dishwasher twice and kept their edge. No rust yet from the dishwasher, but I would handwash most of the time. My inly real complaint is that the handles are hollow. This makes them hard to balance when resting on a plate edge and they feel kind of cheap. That said, I've tested them on firm veggies, roasted veggies, chicken, fish, and beef … and they cut very cleanly without scoring the plate. I've used better in $100 a plate steakhouses, but these are excellent for the price.

The knives are really sharp but after using it two times, I noticed the blade was chipped. Where did that piece go? Dangerous.
