I liked the service that came to put it together, it was definitely worth the $100 to have it assembled correctly. Shoppers should know, if you get it delivered, they don't bring it in the house for you, they leave it outside and it is very heavy so you should have someone to help you bring it in availabile.

The first treadmill I received was defective but customer service was absolutely outstanding. I contacted them right away, and after some troubleshooting, we determined it couldn't be fixed. They shipped out a new treadmill to me free of charge and I received it in less than a week. The new treadmill works great! Highly recommend!

it is a great treadmill. Still better than nothing! They updated it so instead of skipping .5mph speeds it is adjustable by .1 which is great. Easy and fast delivery to my doorstep and assembly was easy enough. It feels sturdy and does what it needs to. We use it everyday and no problems so far.

wonderful, i was so scared to make this purchase but it was best investment ever! i have prosthetic leg and need to drop 60lbs this treadmill on LOW carries my weight with ease and the wide belt is a super bonus. also i wasn't charging the wristband correctly so i contacted them and their customer service dept are top notch. i recommend them for both product AND customer service

Easy to use treadmill. I am a beginner and I wasn't able to use the app or the wristband that came with the treadmill. I needed it to help me loose weight. The app and wristband are needed. This treadmill constantly cycle the speed, distance, time ,and calories. I started at a slow speed, but I am now, after a little over a month, walking a mile a day. My daughter wants one because of the ease of use.

Their customer support was incredibly helpful and went out of their way to help me get the treadmill to my new place as soon as I got one! It was a breeze to put together and works precisely as I would have hoped. Thanks!

Treadmill is nice for someone my plus size who weighs over 280 the only issue I have is it shocks me when I have it in my room so I had to move to garage

I do not like the pause it does not late long enough to me to take a break. I do not like that it has no elevation controls. It is not a bad product it was wrong for me. I walk not run I brought running treadmill by mistake but I will live with my choice

Seller is lying about the branding of the treadmill in the title/description. Messaged them to verify before receiving and lied in the message as well.

Treadmill works fine. Didn't get app bracelet as suppose to been in box. Sent emails and everything yet no word on getting what I was suppose to of gotten already. Sad prices so high yet people can't do their jobs. Walmart needs to do better
