dpHUE Gloss+, Strawberry - 6.5 oz (8-12 Applications)

I don't really trust purple shampoos because my friends hair has been stained with a purple tint before, HOWEVER this purple shampoo does the thing! It's definitely my favorite I've ever tried!

This product was amazing. It took my hair from dull and brittle looking to silky and shiny!

Honestly waited about a month after my hair appointment once I started getting real brassy to try this out . I have bleach blonde/ platinum hair and this has done wonders for keeping my hair "icy" for longer! Love how much the purple tones the hair and really helps cancel out any yellow tones , definitely worth a try! They have different shades as well depending on hair color !

I have very dark brown hair but in the summer I always get these much more noticeable brassy red colors popping through. They just look unintentional and displaced from the deep color of my dark hair. This product has effectively taken away some of the brass color within 5 applications

What I really like about this product is that it is a toner and a gloss in the same. I used to use a purple shampoo which would leave my hair feeling dry and then would have to go in with a separate conditioner. This product leaves your hair super soft and shinny while also taking away the brassines. The instructions say to use gloves but I found that using just my hands with no gloves works as long as you rinse your hands immediately after. It may stain your curtain liner if it's light colored. The size of the bottle is a decent size since a little goes a long way.

The gloss smells really good. I was worried that it would smell very chemically, but it had a nice light scent to it. The directions did say to wear gloves and I did not. I definitely recommend wearing gloves. It didn't stain my forehead or anything, but it did take some effort to get off of my hands. As for the color of my hair it did a light change. Nothing drastic which I liked. It lasted a couple of washes.

I love this. This color depositing mask/gloss is fantastic. I love that it cancels out any brassy tones. And helps my color last between salon visits. The pump makes it so convenient to use. I've even used it on my eye brows. I recommend giving this a try!

I enjoyed trying the dpHUE Gloss+ Dark Brown. I feel like with my dark hair I could only tell a small difference in color on my gray hairs. My natural brown didn't change. My only con would be that the bottle should be a squeeze bottle instead of a pump.

I've tried several purple shampoo and conditioner products and this one really leaves my hair soft. It does take a couple of uses to start to see the difference, but that's normal with this type of product. Other purple conditioners leave my scalp extremely dry, but this one doesn't. Just be sure to rinse it off of your shower walls otherwise it will stain (like any other purple product).

I applied the product evenly through my hair and left it for the required amount of time. Once I rinsed it out and my hair was dry I found my hair to be nice and glossy. I did not find the change in the tone of my hair to be that significant, though it looked nice. I probably wouldn't purchase the product myself due to this but if you are looking to neutralise brassy tones I'd say it is worth trying out.
