I dont like flying makes me incredibly anxious, we had to due to an emergency and the only flight was at 2am ? it was rough on our toddlers (obviously) I was able to handle everything a million times better than I predicted cause this stuff knocked my anxiety down from a 10 plus to about a 2. . . . . absolutely amazing stuff I wont fly again without it.

My brain can get stuck on negative thoughts, planning for things that will never happen or replaying things from the past. There have been times I could not control my thoughts or change the channel in my brain. Calm my brain has made it easier to be in the moment and if a thought or emotion begins to persist I notice it quickly and can release it with a deep breath or by giving the situation to God. What a relief when my brain works correctly!

I wanted this to work right away. I willed it to work right away but as with all good things, it took some time to make a real difference. My mood has been a roller coaster for the past few months and after taking this (along with a few other supplements) I can feel my brain slowing down and calming down. My anxiety has been remarkably lower and I have felt more even keeled.

I am using this supplement since 3 months. I feel clam and clear about my brain and feel no high stress and negativity. I took the supplement after breakfast only and do not have any stomach issue and feel to enough for during the day.

It's a good combination. I take the magnesium multiple times daily and it is a pleasant sweet-tart experience. The other two I only use as needed so they will last a while.

There is a calming reaction to the products. Less frustration and irritation. Easier to control anger before reaching heightened stage, and sleep pattern has improved. The benefits have been noticable.

At first, I didnt really feel different, but after a few weeks it started to get into my system and I feel calmer at night. I take it before bed, and it helps me get a very deep sleep, and It is easier to get up in the morning.

This product has worked well for me. I can tell when I take it that I am calmer, more at ease in body and thought, and I notice I have been sleeping more consistently. I do recommend!
