Love this magnesium drink as it is very easy on the digestive system and relaxing to have before going to bed. I always get to sleep easily after having it. The lemon and raspberry flavour is yummy too. My only small criticism is that not all the power dissolves properly even with boiling water and vigorous stirring and I have to keep stirring it between mouthfuls to get it all down otherwise some of it would be left stuck in the cup.

The thing I like most about this product, is how well I sleep. I have gotten the best nights sleep since I started taking Magnesium Powder. I also have not had any leg cramps since I started taking this supplement. I know everyone is different, and what works for one person, may not work for another, but I would highly recommend giving the product a try.

I was so sick of having to take so many capsules to achieve the level recommended magnesium. What I love about this product is that it takes one small scoop to hit the same equivalent and my body really seems to like it! Definitely recommend!

I have been using Dr Bergs Magnesium Glycinate for 6 months, now, and have recovered from my digestive problems, and sleep issues pretty well,very happy currently.

So far very effective for deep sleep. Although I need to wake up to go to the c. r usually after 3 to 4 hours. I experienced perspiring heavy at night.

Taken before sleep, I slept like a rock and woke up refreshed in the morning. I no longer order health supplements from Amazon due to the high percentage of fake supplements so I feel confident with Dr. Bergs products being the real thing.

Great product magnesium I take in evening with hot water, or mix it in my hot tea. Even taste great with cold water. Feel better healthy. Get better sleep. I recommend this product. . .

It works great, but the nursing home my dad is in since his horrible car accident will not give to dad unless they can put it into yogurt. If they mix as a flavored drink, he will sip it twice then leave it and it gets dumped out. Flavorless would mix into his yogurt. Anyway, thanks for all you do, Dr. Berg!
