I exclusively pump so I find this helpful at night to mix the breast milk I’ve pumped throughout the day and put bottles together for the following day. I do wish it was larger because I overproduce and exclusively pump (therefore yielding < 50oz/day) but it works well enough to fill once, mix, and bottle then repeat the process. I also like that it’s dishwasher safe. I’d definitely recommend

LOVE LOVE LOVE this pitcher! I use it to store breastmilk for the day. I have a total of four. I keep two at home, one at our family’s lake cabin and one at my parent’s house for when we stay over. I love the agitator as it helps the separated fat in the milk mix back in.

This pitcher is amazing!! I’m an exclusive pumper using the pitcher method and this has been a life saver!!! It makes pouring the milk into bottles so easy and mess free, holds a decent amount so I can usually freeze the excess just once per day. The plunger mixing component is smooth and quickly mixes everything before pouring into bottles. Washes nice too. Would definitely recommend and would buy again in a heartbeat if needed.

I am not a grandmother, nor do I have any babies that I care for. I was looking for a good pitcher to use for my instant powdered milk and this looked to be perfect! I thought, if it mixes baby formula powder, why not instant milk powder? It's a genius invention for both. The lid locks into place, no leaks, with a pretty sturdy plastic apparatus that mixes the milk as you gently pump it up and down (don't get too vigorous, they are small plastic parts) and the pour spout is perfect and dripless when I pour the milk into my teacup! Just a couple quick pumps to make sure the milk is all together each time before you pour. I can see why this would be a blessing to parents - no more shaking bottles and creating unwanted bubbles in baby's tummy! I highly recommend this pitcher for formula, instant milk, or really anything you serve that needs stirring up before serving (like lemonade or punch). Holds one quart of liquid, with easy to see measurements on the side. I would advise a quick gentle hand wash to protect the plastic working parts. In the picture, the white handle on top of the lid is not broken, but is on a ball %26 socket swivel so it moves around easily.

This pitcher makes mixing formula so much easier. It's the perfect size for making a day's worth of formula for our almost 4 month old. And it's dishwasher safe!!!

I love the Dr Browns Mixer. It saves time and saves waisted milk that ends up on the counter when making bottles. It also saves money from waisted milk bottles because you can just pour an oz if your child just wants a top off. Remember that the amount you make will rise based on the formula increasing the volume so if you are making exactly enough take that into consideration so you don’t have too much milk

The plastic rod disintegrates after a few weeks of use and also detaches pretty frequently. Do not recommend as it leads to a risk of plastic parts going into your formula. This is apparently a commonly known issue.

I usually don’t leave harsh review online, but I need to raise your awareness since the plastic may get into your baby’s system! I used this pitcher only for ONE week, the plastic wand starts pilling! We used it in a super normal condition—hand wash with dish soap and air dry. The pilling wouldn’t go to your notice unless you inspect after cleaning every time! I am concerned if any plastic particle gets into my baby. For your baby’s safety, don’t risk and avoid this pitcher!
