Dr. Brown's Breast Milk Storage Bags - 50ct

My daughter recently had her baby and needs them to store milk in…she has not had anything bad to say, so I guess they are alright.

easy to use, simple and great for storage. the plastic is thick and leak proved.

I have bought these bags 5 times now. I have no complaints whatsoever... I try to keep a few on hand every because I never know when I am going to run out due to to the fact I fill 7-10 bags each day. I have not had any issues with leaking and they seal super easy. Also I have dropped a bag that was frozen and it did not created any holes.

these storage bags seem much thicker than other brands that I have used. They don't leak!! I've had a problem with other bags leaking when defrosting but these do not!! And they seem to measure out more true than other brands as well. Definitely recommend!

These storage bags are made of a nice, durable plastic, so I feel more comfortable using them for deep freezing my milk! However, they are a little wider than the other bags I've used, so they don't fit will in generic breast milk storage containers, nor do the fit 15 to a gallon-size ziplock bag- they're just too wide! I found myself double and triple checking they were sealed- it was hard to tell some times.

I received this product in exchange for my review. I've used 2 other name-brand milk storage bags. These Dr. Brown's ones are fine but not excellent, in my opinion. When transferring milk from my pump bottles to the bag, I had some dribbling and didn't feel it was very easy/clean to pour into; it took me a few uses to get it down without spilling some. The zipper is very secure once zipped, but I don't think it's easy to zip. I'm not a fan of the rigidity of the plastic. I will say that they don't leak, even when heating them up in the bottle warmer. My husband is the one who warms the milk and bottle feeds, and he liked that they stand up really easily because it made transferring into the bottle very easy for him. These work as expected and do everything they're supposed to do. In my opinion, it's just very difficult not to compare them to the leading brand.

For some, this may be a plus but I found the bags to be thick and rigid compared to other bags I have used. They aren't my favorite but they may be great for other people. With how thick the bag is, you wouldn't have to worry about leaks. It also stands once filled so that is a nice feature.

The plastic is thicker for these bags than other brands, which is both a good thing and a bad thing for me. I like that it's thicker when I go to freeze them because they freeze flat even if not laid on a flat surface. I don't have any need stand them upright to have an opinion on that, but they stand well if you open the bottom. I dislike how thick and more rigid the plastic is when trying to fill the bags, get the air bubbles out, and close them. I have to be careful that I don't spill the milk. I haven't thawed any of the milk I've frozen in these bags (or any brand of bags) to speak to that. I also wish the bags had more room on the label, you can't tell how many ounces are in a bag when you've frozen the milk laying flat. I just write the amount in the name part, but if you were taking these bags to daycare and had three or four things to write, it would get cramped. Overall, these bags seem like good quality and serve their purpose, but I prefer other brands that are more flexible and have a larger label area.

The bags were very accurate for measuring milk which I liked; however, they were a little stiff which made it difficult when pouring the milk in them and I wasn't able to get all of the air out of the bags. They were also somewhat big and bulky taking up a lot of room in my freezer and I wish the writing on the bags was a little darker. Overall, they were okay, but I don't think I would use them again
