I am 67 years *young* and my Grandsons suggested it to me, I am not much on liquid meds,but I did add the capsules to my daily meds.

Why I will not buy this again.
High alcohol content (significantly higher than Quantum elderberry). Tastes lousy. Can't assess effectiveness.
