I Use These to Calm Overthinking...
I'm confident of Dr. Christopher's products. I've and am using various of them. I am pleased with Relax Eze, I take two in the evening at the end of my day, and one if I am awakened at midnight to calm overthinking that happens often around 3:00 a.m.

Christopher's Relax-Eze
Been using this product for many years, it's perfect for feeling relaxed! Always very satisfied with Christopher's products! The only thing I would say as a caution would be to drink plenty of water to get them down. On occasion when I take them right before bed, one may get stuck in my esophagus because I lay down right away and I don't want to drink too much water before bed. I find that it burns all night long, defeating the purpose for which I took the product. I try to take it now at least an hour before bed to eliminate this occasional issue and then everything works out well! This product is excellent for relieving stress!

Great for sleep
just started taking these so I will need to wait to see if sleep is getting improved but I love all of Dr. Christopher's products.
