Dr. Christopher's Original Formulas St. John's Wort Extract Drops, 2 Fl Oz

I like it, easy to take,and tastes okay. bought it for depression/stress, it does something and it's not bad, but I need to observe over a longer period since it is hard to tell with something as complex as mood+fatigue,

This is the first St. John's Wort I take so I have nothing to compare it to. It's hard to know if it is actually working or if it's the placebo effect at play. But the taste is ok and I have no bad side effects. I assume it's a good quality product but I have nothing to compare against

I purchased this product to apply topically to my scalp and face to see if it helped with my eczema. The product left a sticky residue. I'm not sure if it is the St. John's Wort, the glycerine, or a combination of both. I'm going to try another brand that doesn't have glycerine.
