I take it straight.
it tastes great. I find it works well too. I had reduced bloating and gut relief after 3 days of taking it. I do recommended getting the colon cleans with it for optimal results.

Good to do....
I had a computer scan done on me and it showed I had parasite in the blood. I did this cleanse (not recommended by anyone) followed by the Christopher's Quick Colon Formula Part 1 and didn't notice a difference but w/o the person knowing who did the scan on me (never told them I did this) the parasites didn 't show up in my next scan. A cleanse is always good to do every six months.

I used this product as part of a general cleanse and I really do think it helped. Plus I kind of like the taste.
