Dr. Elsey's Ultra Unscented Clumping Clay Cat Litter 20 lb. Box

I finally found the best litter on the market. I learned that litters containing fragrances actually interact with urine, making them more smelly. This has nothing added and you won't know you have a litter box in your house. There is just no odor! And I don't need to add as much between scoops....though I haven't figured out why?? At $20 for two 20 lb easy to handle boxes, sure can't beat the price either. I am absolutely sold on Dr. Elsey's litter!!!

This is the best lumping litter that I've used for the 9 cats (2 are fosters) that I take care of! It clumps very well, cleanup is relatively easy, the low dust factor is especially good if you have a cat with asthma like I do.... When she was diagnosed, the first question that my Vet asked is what litter did I use. The Vet was very pleased when I told her it was the Dr Elsey's unscented litter. The boxes are pretty easy to handle when refilling the boxes and not too heavy for this 70 year old woman. I highly recommend this cat litter and the delivery option is awesome!

Wasn't sure if we'd like this but after reading so many good reviews the unmistakably good price point, we decided to give it a try. Not disappointed in the least. We have 2 indoor/outdoor ranch cats. They roam freely during the day and often opt to come in for night, so we keep to litter boxes handy. Both currently with a mix of the previous kitty litter. Historically we've only used Tidy Cat Free %26 Clear, since these cats do NOT like artificial smells and will refuse to use the boxes. Compared to the Free %26 Clear, this is a better deal price wise. Dr Elsey's has the same dust-free clay, is unscented, and cheaper. Win-win-win. We'll definitely be buying again soon to stock up on this! P.S. We also keep about 20 lbs of unscented, dust-free litter in the work shop for cleaning up gas and oil spills in the driveway and the workspace. We keep the litter in an old, wheeled storage container (it's like the original charcoal storage bins).

I absolutely love this brand of litter. it was created by a feline veterinarian so it gave me more confidence when I bought it. I've purchased the kitten attract several times when litter training kittens, and I fell in love. this was the 1st time using the adult litter, and I wasn't disappointed. this litter clumps fantastically. little to no dust, and odors are very minimal. so yourself a favor and buy it!

Highly recommend. The absolute BEST. Excellent litter, excellent price. One caveat: Make sure you get the clay and not the corn. Most litter is clay litter, and probably what you would want.

I've been using this for about a week. it is very heavy. when it arrived it was in a box with no handle. it must weigh 40/50 lb. it was unbelievable to try to lift it up the stairs. I live on the second floor. however, you use very little. it tracks very little throughout the house. I'm impressed. I just wish it wasn't so darn heavy

I have never tried this product before, but thought I would, after finding it on sale. I honestly couldn't tell any difference in it, and any other cheaper off brand. I didnt notice any super clumping abilities. As far as the smell/odor functionality, I really can't say, based on my litter box style. Nothing overly good or bad. So I don't think this is a "bad" product, I think it is more of an "average" product.

I bought this cat litter because it was on sale. It's fragrance free but still I expected some odor control. From day 1 it was soo stinky!! It's been a couple of days and I need to change it soon because the smell of this cat litter (even after cleaning) is horrendous. Had never had this happen before with my usual brand or similar ones. This is a multi cat household, by the way. Litter is cleaned everyday. Changed about every 2-3 weeks.

Even AI recommends this litter as one of the best. Hmmmm?? Guess AI can be paid off?? This is the worst litter I have ever used, and I bought 3 boxes of it! It sticks to the litterbox like crazy! Urine makes mud not clumps. Sticks to the scooper too. So gross! First thing I noticed was quite a bit of dust when pouring into new clean stainless litter boxes, and they are cleaned twice a day. I have 2 cats and 3 litter boxes. It's a workout cleaning them with this litter. Tidy Cats is quite a bit better and cheaper! Don't see any positives to buying this litter.

This is the third type of this brand I have bought. I oped the box %26 poured into litter box - got a huge cloud of dust. Next day cleaning out 2 litter boxes I had plenty of wet cement - oh did I mention that there is litter all over the house? I had bought 3 boxes! I have to live with it - can't afford to waste anything.
