better than hoped for
I'm 58 years old and have had sever neck problems and pain since I was 10. This traction device has in two weeks done an amazing job of straightening out my neck. When the neck really starts hurting it is able to stretch the muscles and provide relief almost immediately. I'm not the type to gush over something but this dorky looking thing has really helped me.

Save a trip to the Chiropractor
I have occasional neck and shoulder pain. I often wish there was a drive through Chiropractor where I could drive in, have my neck cracked, pay $5 and leave. This is the next best thing. It brings instant relief for me.

pinched nerve relief
The neck comforter does relieve the numbness in my arm from a herniated disc/arthritis issue.Hopefuuly with repeated use it will improve it to a comfortable level.I am glad I purchased it.

I'm undergoing Active Chiropractor Physical Theraphy and use it about 3 times weelky for about 20 minutes each session.

Neck nerve sting relief
Both my husband and I have neck issues. From the first day we received it, we have gotten relief. Great product for the price and comfortable to use.

This item gives nerves a much needed break by taking some pressure off for a small amount of time. Although, it may not work for everyone, I have really enjoyed the benefits of it.

I have the at home $1000 neck traction device and I would rather use this one most of the time.Also makes a great travel pillow.

could be better
the momentary relief it brings does not bring lasting pain relief or 'fix' the cervical vertebrae!! however, if used often (morning & night), the temporary pain relief could make some pain bearable. i returned it & invested in a over the door neck traction device (same price too), but i prefer a long-term solution while others may want instant gratification with this device...

Too flimsy
I owned another neck traction and was buying this one for my sister-in-law. It was no where the quality of my other one so I took it back and ordered one like mine for slightly more money. Besides this one only comes in one size and was to small. Needed 17 plus neck size.

could have been but...
It did stabalize but was so very big once inflated was not comfortable. It started leaking air after first use! A waste of money!
