Sometimes you need something sweet. I used to suck on Lifesavers or Jolly Ranchers. Im doing Keto, so sugar and Insulin spikes are out if you wish to lose weight in Ketosis and Keto. I switched to Sugar Free Jolly Ranchers but their sweetner Sucrolose and Sugar Alchohols spikes your insulin just not as bad as Sugar but still does spike insulin levels. Dr Johns uses Xylitol sweetner and it doesnt spike your insuline therefor you stay in Ketosis. DrJohns are OK but not as good as Jolly Rancher Sugar Free candies. But Dr Johns satisfies that Sweet Itch. The Sours are the Best with Lemon the best of the sours. Classics Fruits Flavors being reviewed here are good as well. Also Xylitol actually is good for your teeth and dont contribute to decay. That cant be said for Jolly Ranchers. Even the Sugar Free contribute somewhat to tooth decay. Dr Johns candies when you need to fool yourself you need something sweet.
