it is easy to use. much better than soaking in epsom salts. it works good o my swollen legs.

I would buy this product again!
I have a few issues going on with my thumb. I apply and massage this rub all over my thumb and surrounding area for pain. It usually takes two applications before I feel relief from pain. It is not meant to be a cure all, but this does relieve my pain. I use it as needed, and a little goes a long way.
