Dr. McDougall's Garden Vegetable Lower Sodium Soup - 17.9 oz.

I like this product because it is a convenient way to add a combination of ingredients without chopping, seasoning, and extra time spent. Add some noodles or your choice of cheap grain and more veggies or beans and this can be extended to as many as 3 meals or more. Although the price is higher than buying the ingredients and cooking from scratch, it can still be cost-effective. I ate it plain with no extra ingredients for my first time. I think doing couscous and beans and mixing this in would be a great way to stretch this meal out.

I'm vegan and have celiac disease, so gluten free. I also maintain a low sodium diet. This soup meets those requirements and is delicious.

The soup is tasty and also combines well with your other soups.

Tastes fairly good, but kind of expensive for what you get.

The veggies are not all mushy and taste okay and it has a good broth . I buy these as a snack and add left over meat and onions , any beef or pork will do . It's fast and tasty on a chilly day and I like the low sodium content.

While soup and salt go together in my book, this low salt version is quite good. It gets better with each bite. The veggies are plentiful and the soup has a freshness about it. The spices used to replace the salt work well to give you a satisfying taste experience.

When this arrived one of the boxes had leaked so I was afraid to use it or order more. The one that wasn;'t leaking was really good.
