Started using Marcela Pro Biotics about 6 years ago for trying to alleviate heartburn. I mean anything I put into my mouth gave me heartburn. 6-8 weeks after starting the product my heartburn was practically gone. Problem still exists to a much lesser degree with red sauce and to bit with coffee that's very strong but the coffee is tolerable. Get off of Tums and that other stuff doctors prescribe and give this a try. Not being paid for this review it just worked very well for me.

This probiotic is the best I have ever taken, and I have taken quite a few. I am amazed at the effectiveness, and since it is one a day, it is actually quite a bargain for 70 Billion CFU. I know Dr. Mercola has great products, but just wanted to say I am truly pleased with this one, and know I am affecting my health for the better.

The product is great. Walmart shipping has become a problem I cannot overcome. Walmart chose to ship glass bottles in a paper envelope with a single piece of thin bubble wrap on each bottle. Of course a bottle was broken in pieces when delivered. The return process to manage this situation is unacceptable.
