I love these vitamins and they actually make my hair stronger. The smell isn't too bad and the ingredients are healthier compared to other brands. Normally I can't take pills but this one I'm able to swallow and take as normal without complaintsz absolutely love it! I've never used a hair skin and nails supplement before. I was presently surprised with my results. My hair and nails grew faster than normal in the weeks I have taken this supplement. They were easy to digest. If you're looking for something to improve your hair, skin and nails, definitely give the supplement a try.

Helps with hair and nail growth as well as helps the skin. Contains biotin, keratin, and hyaluronic acid. Take everyday after a meal and helps to be consistent with taking the supplement. Not a big fan of the taste as it's chalky but goes down easily with water.

Still early to tell, but so far going good. Have noticed some hair fallout but not too bad. Clear instructions and easy to take. Would recommend if you're needing a boost with hair, skin, and nail.
