I appreciate that Mercola supplements are high quality. I especially like that this is a liposomal format that greatly helps with absorption. Unfortunately, I had mild headaches taking glutathione and stopped taking them. I believe, however, this is very likely due to a herxheimer reaction which can happen when the body is detoxifying. I don't believe anything is wrong with the brand itself. If anything, perhaps it was too effective for me. I may try again when I am able to push through the headaches during the detox phase.
