I was so happy to see that this has multiple B vitamins in one. I wanted to start taking B12 but could really benefit from the added B vitamins. The pills are a good size. Not too large and they go down pretty good. There was no weird after taste and no adverse effects from taking these pills. This is an easy way to get in your B vitamins!

One of the best available in the market. This is a good blend of 8 essential B vitamins which are organically bound to sprouts of quinoa which helps with superior absorption. This also benfotamine which is fat soluble and highly soluble form of Vitamin B1 hence supports with nerve health and glucose metabolism etc. The taste was neutral and was easy to consume. Didn't face any side effects after consuming it and hence a great supplement for me!
