Best Quality: Vitamin E supplements
I have been taking Dr. Mercola Vitamin E capsules for a few weeks. These capsules are easy to swallow. They are formulated well so you only need to take 1 capsule daily for the recommended dose & it contains 8 vitamin E compounds. 1 bottle will give you a 30 day supply which is a great value. These vitamins also absorb easily and doesn't leave a bad after taste during digestion. They don't not stick together in the bottle which is a major plus.

Scar tissue healing
I really like having these in individual sizes to puncture and use to apply on scar tissue to help reduce inflammation and swelling! They're the perfect size!

Easy to take
I am taking one a day of these vitamins E capsules. I find them easy to swallow and have had no issues while taking them. They are slightly larger than previous Vitamin E I have had, but no problem to swallow with water.
