This is very nice soap, no residue and it isn't drying. 5 stars for effectiveness ! The scent however, is so faint I can only smell it if I take a deep whiff in the box. Using it there is none. That's not all bad though, as the soap itself is otherwise terrific. If you want lots of peppermint you'd have to get Dr. Bronners, which I had used but never all that impressed with the soap itself.

Love this simple soap! I've given it as gifts, too, it's lovely. Smells so gently of peppermint and has all the criteria we want - cruelty free, plant based, etc. Great silky lather!

OUTSTANDING PRODUCT! This is an excellent alternative to other popular Castile soaps on the market. Great for multi use with cleaning and personal hygiene. 10/10 highly recommend if you're a fan bar Castile soap!

Dr. Natural's Peppermint Castile bar soap is perfectly refreshing especially after hot, humid days. I initially started using it to cool my skin before bed because of hot flashes and it worked but I found other benefits along the way. It is very moisturizing which negated the need for slathering after a shower. Perfect during the summer. It's great for shaving. It has also eliminated my spouse's need for Prep H. Maybe tmi but the peppermint is effective at calming irritation. I'm just disappointed that my local Walmart stopped stocking it. I hope they will again!

it doesnt have a strong scent and it lathered up really well. it didnt help with dry skin as it is all organic? but it did not leave a residue or weird skin feeling either

I bought peppermint soap for the smell, and there was hardly any smell. the lathering was nice, and it felt good, but there was hardly any refreshing peppermint sent at all.

I purchased the peppermint soap expecting a fresh, peppermint-forward scent, but the aroma is much more eucalyptus and shea than peppermint. Overall, the scent is more earthy than the crisp peppermint I was hoping for.

I ordered peppermint soap expecting it to be a crisp obvious peppermint first scent but it's difficult for the peppermint to rise above the scent of eucalyptus and shea butter. If you look at the ingredients list eucalyptus is listed before peppermint. Plus the box was not sealed and the packaging actually features a hole, so people can smell before they buy?🤷‍♂️. But that makes it easier for the scent/oils to evaporate. So my box of peppermint soap wasn't sealed and smells more like eucalyptus and shea (earthy scent) rather than crisp bright scent of peppermint
