Makes a great pie!
(This review was collected as part of a promotion.) I make this pie often for family gatherings because it's easy to make and the family loves it. I usually sprinkle a little toasted coconut on top. If, you have a family member that isn't crazy about pies, you can always put a little in a small bowl, just for them.

Coconut Tarts

Coconut pudding pie win
(This review was collected as part of a promotion.) Always loved coconut desserts so thought I'd give this a whirl. I think I was picturing it would be like coconut cream pie but with pudding consistency instead and it was exactly that. Easy to make and tasted great
