Dr. Oetker Supreme Strawberry Mousse 2.4 oz (Pack Of 12)

I have made the mousse the easy way using this tasty mix and I enjoyed it. However, I love to experiment when an instant mix is this good. I love strawberries, and I love strawberry ice cream, to make it a little better for me, I decided to make up my own recipe for Strawberry Pudding Pops, and they turn out delicious every time. I pour 2 Cups of Walmart Lactose Free Whole Milk into a blender, then I place 3 to 5 tablespoons of Freeze Dried Strawberry Powder in with the mousse mix, I use 2 boxes, I tsp. Watkins Vanilla Extract, and 1/2 tsp Watkins Strawberry Extract, I cut up 1 quart of Fresh Strawberries, pour 1/4 cup up to 1 Cup of Sugar over the strawberries, I then cut 1 whole lemon into, and squeeze all of the fresh lemon juice into the strawberries and let them macerate at least 1 to 3 hours. I then spoon at least 1 tbsp of the strawberries into a 5 ounce plastic cup from Walmart, making certain that all of the cups have equal amounts, I then pour about a 1/4 cup of the macerated strawberries in with the milk, the extracts and the mousse mix, and the strawberry powder into a blender. Blend it until it is all combined, take 8 - 5 ounce cups with the strawberries with lemon into the bottom of the cups, add the Milk- Mousse Mix, and freeze for 1 hour, then place a wooden Popsicle Stick into the center of each cup, once it's frozen, remove from freezer, cut around the edge of the cups and the plastic will peel off easily, wa la, a gourmet Strawberry Pudding Pop! They are delicious, taking the place of expensive Ice Cream, and are they addictive? I think family, friends and children will love them.
