I love everything about these probiotics, they keep my guts in proper working order and regular. I tried going off of them to try something cheaper and regretted it. Unfortunately thems the breaks, if you want quality you have to pay for it. I can get by with only one a day unless I've been sick( which is rare) then I double up. I take them before breakfast and they keep any upset in check. Fermentation is the key!

I have been dealing with leaky gut for a while and have tried everything under the Sun my neighbor turned me on to these capsules and OMG these are the best ever they do wonderful things to my stomach and I'm starting to feel like myself and I've only taking them for 2 weeks so thank you for this product very much. great job.
Great probiotic ! Makes you regular and good for immune support . You can even chew it and have the good probiotics and prebiotics line youre esophagus. It's tolerable taste wise to chew it . Just follow it up with a drink . Its about a dollar a pill but worth it . You got to Treat yourself !
So my flora and fauna flips out every once in a while it can be very painful a lot of pressure and I take two of these at one setting and everything goes back to normal sometimes within 20 minutes. I can't remember to take them every day but when they need to go there and they work very well.

This probiotic helps me keep my digestive system under control. I have tried many others and found this to be the only one that works for me. It is expensive but when you find something that works you go for it!
