Since this is not an available locally I had to pay a premium to get these but it was great to get a taste of an item I had been looking to try for the past few years. Dr Pepper is always worth a taste 🍻
Vanilla is subtle might need a little more but it is a very good Dr. Pepper flavor that should be a staple.
Very good product. The shipping was extremely fast and all the cans were in great shape! Looking forward to purchasing again in the near future. 10/10 highly recommend to anyone wanting to try this flavor!!
I wouldn't say the Dr. Pepper Vanilla Float had a lot of vanilla flavor to it, but it wasn't completely void of it, either. It had just enough to give the idea of a vanilla float (not that I'm well-versed on how they should taste in terms of vanilla and ice cream, as I prefer root beer floats, myself😅). I would also be curious to see how this compares with a plastic or glass bottle or an actual plastic cup or traditional glass with the flavor, seeing how, sometimes, the material of the container/package can slightly alter taste in certain drinks. I'm not sure if that exists for this particular flavor, but if so I'd be up for trying it in something other than a can, if anyone knows that option might be available. My only complaint is that my package itself arrived intact but when I opened it, there was one can that had been severely dented on one side of the top portion away from the pull-tab and another that was protruding quite a bit all the way around, like a volcano ready to erupt. I'm not sure if the product was packaged on that condition or it was the extreme heat, despite not having left the package unattended in the heat for very long and immediately getting it to a fridge. Regardless of the moment it happened or the cause, the contents were fine (maybe, just slightly flat in the one) and the rest of the cans were not damaged or near bursting in any way. Overall, pleased with the product and the estimated shipping time was a few days longer than my actual wait for delivery, which I was very surprised and pleased with. If I had to rank this on a list of Dr. Pepper products, I think I'd put it right behind the Dr. Pepper %26 Cream Soda and the Blackberry flavor, but just above the Strawberries %26 Cream pairing (or possibly tied with it).
The taste was awesome,it's definitely different from the Dr. Pepper cream soda. You can actually taste vanilla so it's more like a float. My only complaint was paying over $20 for a 12 pack.
Product was never delivered, a substitute was delivered after I specified no substitutes. Upon calling the company they are suppose to refund my money. The rep I talked to said Walmart was not suppose to advertise this product as it was not yet available. Seller did give me the substitute for half price. Again I need to verify they do refund me.
We ordered a limited edition 12-pack soda (paid far more than it was worth) and expected at least basic care in packaging. Unfortunately, that was not the case. The sodas were shipped in a thin, regular cardboard box with no liquid or fragile labeling whatsoever. By the time it arrived in North Carolina from California, it was soaking wet, sticky, and clearly mishandled. The box was stuffed in our mailbox, clearly having been tossed around during shipping. Inside, the soda packaging was already split open. One can was completely busted and empty, another was still leaking, and a third burst open as we simply lifted it out. At least four others are heavily dented on the tops and bottoms, making them unstable and unable to stand upright. This was a total waste of money and a huge letdown. If you're going to charge a premium for a limited item, please take the time to pack it properly and label it for shipping. This was careless and unacceptable.
I didn't get to try them, hence the 1 star. Two of the cans had exploded by the time they were delivered and 2 looked like they were ready to burst. Returned them for a refund.
Pop case was completely ripped apart. 4 cans were damaged not happy for the cost of the drink. Had higher expectations but doesn't surprise me buying stuff from WalMart. You get what you pay for whenever buying anything from Walmart.
I ordered 2 twelve packs. Instead of getting 2 twelve packs, I got 24 cans put into a large box, with no padding. Five of these cans had holes in them, and everything was covered in a sticky mess! Do Not order soda from Wal Mart!
