It is a great price for a 25lb bag of liter. This keeps any smells at bay. It is easy to scoop out the poop. Non clumping. The pee is absorbed by the pine cobble mixture he came up with. It has small pellets that makes it easier for the pets to bury their poop. The pine after absorbing the pee it becomes like sawdust but a little thicker. Light weight to dump and change box. I have tried feline pine, and my cats could not bury their poop. Pine pieces are too large. The sawdust was very hard to move around to find the poop. It was very heavy to get rid of. Both brands have some tracking issues, but what liter doesn't.
Love this cat litter, its free of toxins that make your cat sick and its better for the environment than may other kinds. Controls smell at a rating of 6 out of 10 however, I clean my boxes as soon as they use it. Some may give a higher rating, its an opinion. I love the value and the safety of using this cat litter.
I have many cats and keeping the house odor free is crucial. This litter is fantastic and does a perfect job. sunce you dont need a lot like you do with other litters, it lasts a long time. I loce this litter and wiah Walmart would teplenish its stock!!
I LOVE this product!! It smells better/very natural. Looks better. Doesn't hurt your feet if stepped on. Works great. My cats love it! It seems to fill up the boxes better and lasts way longer than clay versions of cat litter. And it even makes the closet where stored smell good too! I Highly recommended!!
Dr Pol's pine cobble works great for our household. I absolutely love that it does not cause dust. That is almost unheard of with litter, especially pine. It is also very affordable. I'm so thankful we found this litter, and that my cat approves!
This litter completely controls odor! I have 6 large kitties in a r.v. and this is the first litter to keep the odor away. However, it does not clump and it does track all over everywhere. I will take these inconveniences because of the odor elimination.
the reason I gave it 4 stars is because I prefer the pine pellets. this one is too fune for me and gets between their paws. Overall pine litter is better for cats because it has less dust, and it is natural. This was told to me by my vet many years ago when my cat got kidney stones.
My cats refused to use it and started doing their business all around the shed instead. I even followed the instructions of making the transition and they stopped using the litter box after 3 days of just sprinkling alittle of this over their other litter. Maybe we just have fussy cats, but wouldn't recommend based on my experience.
I liked the scent and weight, and my kitten loved digging in it. Unfortunately. When she digs, it goes flying because of the light weight. It gets tracked all over the house and clings to fabrics, especially microfiber. And it doesn't limit cat poop and pee odors. The overall idea of this litter is good, but it should only be used for Guinea pigs or smaller animals. For cats, maybe pellets would be better.
Walmart store delivered a box soiled with oil stains. Last order, they delivered an item with a puncture hole in the package. I've had items delivered with the wrapper cut, opened bags and other returned items given to me. I've also had several items canceled after ordering them by the store. Walmart stores seem to sneak in at least one item that would not sell if it was displayed in the store, so you are getting their seconds. This is very shady. I hope other customers who had this happen will see they are not the only one and that Walmart is selling seconds to people who can't drive or who rely on delivery.
