easy to use been using it for about a month and seems to be keepingu drains running smoothly hoping it helps with my drain field I'll give it some more time
All drains flowing freely.. i was treating the symptons of slow drain and the problem was the drain field... every week my upstairs shower was draining slowly along with the downstairs sinks... I used this in 3 of my toilets... and everything is flowing. its been over a month and I havent had to clear the shower drain... I have had my septic tank pumped 2 years in a row so now its and wait and see... hopefully this is the end all and I dont have to do it as much. there are only 3 of us in a 4 bedroom house
I bought a house with a 1000 gallon septic system that failed inspection - not draining in a timely fashion. Between suctioning out and treating the manifold leading to the drain field pipes my septic system has now returned to normal function and I don't have to pump but every year (for safety), instead of every 3 months.
Easy to use. No drain noises or smell - so it must be working. If this is all we have to do - I would recommend in a heartbeat!!
I'm pretty skeptical. It looks and acts like an oxyclean tablet. It's listed as a drain field clearer, but it dissolves in your toilet leaving a bluish tint to the water. It's supposed to have septic friendly bacteria and a mystery accelerator. The package claims to do miracles, but it doesn't tell you ANY INGREDIENTS. there is no guarantee anywhere on the package, and it doesn't promise to follow any industry standards. It's one of those placebo effect things that supposedly works, but you have no way to verify it without opening the tank, or dig up a drain field line. Unfortunately the real bacteria is several hundred dollars, and not worth it unless you have a dozen rental properties. It was always brown. There is no brown in this product, and I don't see how bacteria can live in a blue and white oxyclean tablet for any length of time. My advise is try it if you want, it probably can't make things worse. Lol
No problem with the product and no problem with Walmart except for delivery. Your note said it would be on the front porch. They left it by the side door of my Garage where I didn't find it until I went to remove snow. They could have left anywhere in front (door or garage) and I would have seen it.
The packaging needs to be improved. Several of the tablets were broken. The product seems to work fine. I am a Walmart employee!
It wasn't the best product i ever used but it did work after i used it up . It would work fine as a maintenance but not an unclogging product
This was highly recommended by a close friend who said 1 treatment fixed her plumbing problems. * I was hoping this would delay having to have my septic pumped. Recently my pipes made some noise behind a bathroom sink, but no clogs or other problems. *Much to my surprise and dissapointment the 10 day treatment plan did absolutely nothing. I expected to see and hear something! I was looking for the smallest, the tinest bit of improvement, but nothing, nothing! *Much to my horror, my noisey pipes got noisier, the 2 toilets that were not clogged before, slowly began taking longer to drain and fill again. * I could not believe that the toilets got worse w each treatment!! * And the 2 showers that did not have any problem draining before backed up. * I regret waiting for the 10 day treatment to work, I regret not calling in professionals sooner. * My thoughts were if this product did actually make any difference, then I would give it another try for septic maintenance. * I had to have my tank pumped before a plumber would come in to clear the drains. $950.
Until Walmart's responds to my refund request this will be the ratings on everything I buy from Walmart.
