it would have been nice to be able to turn off the fans independently

even on low its annoyingly loud and gets worse on med. and appallingly high pitched noise on high. I literally cannot use this. cool it oscillates and moves a good amount of air but in no way should this be sold to anyone with this amout of noise and no way worth more than 15 dollars , if you can handle the noise. thanks for wasting my money
